I'm glad to see Reggie had a nice year. The question is would you rather have Bush or Sproles? I say Sproles. If you consider the money, it's easily Sproles.

the argument of how many games a team has won when comparing to a single player is laughable, and only makes the person who says it look dumb.

Reggie has had one of the best years since he was drafted to the league - he doesn't play all positions - for what he has played and how he has performed is great. seems to me the rest of the dolphins needed to step up and play.

like Reggie or not - he is gone from NO - wish him the best and move on. we upgraded 10 fold with Sproles, so be happy for that.

Oh it's Sproles no doubt. No Brainer. Base it off production. Base it off money. Base it off whatever you want it's Sproles.

Happy for Reggie too. I am very happy with Sproles but I'm not going to start with Reggie vs. Sproles. It looks like both Reggie and D. Sproles are where they need to be. Or at least in the offenses they need to be in.

I think we were just the wrong kind of team for him. It wasn't a mistake getting rid of him, but if he keeps this up he will prove that he's not a bust.

I'm happy for him and will always be a fan. He contributed more than we'll ever really realize to the revitalization of a franchise that was on the ropes and for that I will be forever grateful. Reggie is a class act too. Maybe he didn't deserve the money he was asking for, but I can't fault him for asking for it...I feel like I deserve a raise.

Reggie is not and has never been a bust. Just because he's not Barry Sanders doesn't mean he isn't a good player. All in all, it worked out for him and us because he's playing well and will be compensated more for it, and we got Sproles who's been a big time addition.

Darren Sproles

We’ve talked a lot this season about New Orleans running back/return man Darren Sproles and how he might be the best free agent signing of 2011.

He’s contributed heavily as a runner, receiver and returner and Sproles’ total body of work is turning out to be one of the best all-around seasons in NFL history. Sproles already has become the first player in NFL history to have 1,200 yards from scrimmage and 1,200 kick/punt returns in a single season, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

But Sproles also has a chance to break the NFL record for all-purpose yards in a season. He currently has 2,528, which ranks fourth in history. Sproles needs 163 yards against Carolina on Sunday to break the record (2,690) set by Derrick Mason in 2000. The only other players with more all-purpose yards in a season were Michael Lewis (2,647) in 2002 and Lionel James (2,535) in 1985.

Liked Reggie but he isn't missed one bit

A lot of people here who probably chanted "Reggie, Reggie, Reggie!" in the dome when he'd run back a punt are now hating on the guy. Of course, none will admit it... "I never liked Bush"

sure you didn't

The only problem with Reggie was that he was overpayed. Period. He was a good player, not a fantastic player, but pretty darn good. He helped us win the SB in a big way (TD in NFCCG, went apeshit on the Cards)

If nothing else he deserves your respect. I for one am happy to see him vindicated with his 1000 yard season. Go Bush.

I was one of them.

I also cheered for Joe Horn.

And on an NBA note, CP3.

But once you leave my team, I hope you lose every game. And if you do well, i could give less of a shite. Why would I cheer for someone who doesn't play for my team?

Lol this is silly IMO

Of course you don't pull for them like you do your own team, but there are definitely teams and players I pull for as long as they aren't playing the Saints.

Nope. Never. My heart is to full of black and gold for any other colors to fit (except for a little purple).
