Carr was an ok quarterback 8 years ago yes.
Not sure how I got baited into defending Quincy Carter. The only point I was trying to get across is that it’s better to draft a bust in the 2nd round than it is to draft a bust in the 1st. Worst thing you can do is waste an entire decade on a mediocre guy like Carr who’s passing stats are just good enough to give you a little hope but he won’t ever win anything of significance.
