On the one you posted he def didn't put every thing in it.
I think it's crazy that people would pick taysom over brees also but I do think taysom can be viable in the right system

You are shutting on him but I doubt he got many reps. He probably got a few reps on that play during the week

In the past, the Saints built the OL inside out.

Brees needs to climb the pocket and step up to generate power with his legs to make downfield throws.

Brees needs an OL to pass protect for him up the middle.

Brees needs a second WR that can take pressure off of the short and intermediate areas of the field.

Brees has obvious reduced deep ball strength but with proper technique and protection, he can hit a shorter deep ball.
