MLB vs NFL

Unfortunately you can’t rebuild a team as quickly and efficiently as you can in MLB. MLB you move around a bunch of tiny pieces whereas in the NFL it’s large blocks and hoping draft picks can plug and play. It’s rare you flip a team in one calendar year. What we don’t want is to add/subtract pieces expecting a different result.
