Our biggest issue is the lack or accountability the GM has from Gayle. There hasn’t been a franchise identity due several years outside of “let’s patch holes, push money forward, and try to keep what Bree’s and Payton had going late in their run.

We need a GM with an actual vision of how to build a roster and franchise and a HC who fits that.
