To answer that question you have to ask yourself, are these white rb/db not getting chances in highschool or college to raise their stocks like their black counterparts?

I dont know. How many white CBs were given a shot on a roster in preseason when teams had 90 players? Go do a count and report back

Are they putting in the same work in the weight rooms, and training, the sacrifices that these kids that do make it to the NFL are making?

Are you suggesting black kids work harder? Lol. Please dude.

A big one is do they have the genetics? If they're doing all of these things and are still being look over, then you'd have a point... although I doubt that's the case seeing how high Christian McCaffrey got drafted, and not one black person complained.

Well, I guess that settles it. Mike Tomlin is unfireable, so if 1 example is all we need, him having a job proves there is no racism. Based on your standards.

Your being ridiculous we've seen predominantly white NFL, and black folks didn't force their way into the league... owners realized better athletes equalled more winning/more money,

Wait, so owners want to get the best players because they want to win but not best coaches? So the owners are racist against the coaches and not players? Ah ok, that's reasonable and makes sense.

and NONE of that has anything to do with having a hiring process with integrity.

You're trying to carefully say blacks are better players. Just say it.

Are blacks better players?
