I know what happened to this season....

While at the time I thought cutting at the vets we had in the off-season/pre-season was a good idea, I believe this is the reason that this team is a hot mess and the worst team in the SP/DB era. No leadership, no toughness, too many mental breakdowns and the DBs are afraid to tackle.
On the positive side, the team is young and this is its baptism by fire season. Next year these guys will kick serious arse.
