Have to say I told you so, it's the personnel, not Allen

Been saying throughout the entire streak I still wasnt sold on Allen, that his players were making him look very good. I don't think he's out-schemed anyone this year.

Coaches creat the scheme. Players have to execute. FO is responsible for acquiring the talent. If they fail to provide quality talent, coaches can only do so much. Allen has shown that his scheme is solid with the right talent. Harris is just an absolute disaster as a back up and should be cut immediately.

That could be a circular argument. If he had the personnel do you think they would be looking this bad? You don't go from worst for two games to almost the best over a 7 game span without good coaching. This team has talent but not a lot of depth. If we can't stay healthy we are in trouble. To me that is the biggest takeaway from today.
