It certainly feels like Payton has a personal issue with Deuce like he seemed to have with Joe Horn before he cut him. I don't have a thing to base that on other than outside appearances.
payton is stubborn, and wants to prove that he can win games without the fan favorite and if that means giving him 5 carries in a game then putting him on the bench then thats what he'll do.

Seems like deuce has his knee drained every week. He is good for 1-3 yards a pop. PT can at least bust a 5-10 yard run. IM sure if Deuce was 24 years old he would get the ball 25 times a game. Face it this is his last year. He will go down as the best RB in Saints history... not bad!
