Laffy is getting a Jimmie Johns as well. A friend of mine and his partners are opening one soon. They just signed the lease on the building a couple of weeks ago.

It seems weird how people keep opening sandwich shops, especially after what happened to quiznos.
Open a panda express or a fast food Indian place or something a little different.
Opening a sub shop in south LA seems like a bad idea. I even think redoing a po boy concept Is a much slicker idea.

Right - it's a better concept than to open the 2nd quick Chinese restaurant in a metro area than it is to open the 521st sandwich shop.

Its actually in the shopping center on Johnston @ Bertrand....same one with the Aveda with Chase bank and Mel's diner in the parking lot. Across the street from Southside Bakery's & Rickey Smith's shopping center.
