You've just shown your lack of knowledge of Pro football, my friend.

The Saints, Patriots, Cardinals, Colts and Chargers all use multiple formations of the Spread Offense. Do you think it's an accident that the above mentioned teams also have league leading offenses?

So, your question might be: If it's so great, why isn't every team using it?

Trent Dilfer was asked this question yesterday on OTL on ESPN and his position is that Offensive Coordinators are "old school" and don't change to anything quickly. He also went to state that with the growing success of the Spread other teams will have to start using it.

Flowbie obviously doesn't watch the Saints and listening to all his arguments make me feel like the Vikings are a weaker team than I thought. Once you start putting the stats up I like our chances more and more.

Until the Saints blow out the Vikings, he won't shut up.
