That was the excuse given last year after the Rams game by countless league officials. Goodell even said that at the draft press conference this year. The speed of the game is just to fast to get it right all of the time and penalties aren't reviewable. That's what brought on the new reviewable PI rule bullshite.

I hope whoever is doing brain surgery on you is held to a higher standard than "give them a break"; I realize brain surgery might be a tad more important though.
But 99% of the working people on this site would get their asses fired if they did their jobs like the MF'ing NFL referees do.

Every game this season there will be some call that never happens that seems to pop up ONLY during our games. Or a change in protocol that never happens will pop up
