There were Les Miles rumors a couple of years ago. He used to be a coach on the Cowboys' staff.
I guess we all know that the only way he gives the job to a big-time coach is if he gives up control of the front office. I don't think Gruden, Cowher, or anybody like that would let him call the shots.

it'll be Gruden...hell, he work under Al Davis before, Cowher would want to bring in his own ppl and GM...Jerry will never give that up
