What the frick is the point of having an elite on-ball defender like Herb if the other team doesn't have to set a screen to get CJ suddenly guarding SGA with the game on the line?

Like there is zero excuse for Herb to be not attached to SGA's hip all game, let alone when OKC has the ball with under a minute and the game tied.
