Does anyone feel that this team needs a little leadership from a veteran FA? I think it is what this team needs the most

Depends what veteran.
The one a lot of people are hoping will come in is a petulant little fricker who dogs it often, to the point where he had gotten yelled at by teammates over it, and gets his panties in a bunch over being called out on his bullshite.
