A place where you get your highs when Zion is healthy enough to play and the fans get all hyped like he was the cure for cancer. And we're feeling like, ain't nobody gonna beat us now.
Then, wait for it....Zion goes down! Not for a few days, not for a few weeks, but for a few months and all of a sudden the momentum and excitement of what shoulda or coulda been is gone.
What is the problem? Clearly, the coaching or lack thereof has been exposed during these dark days. But why has the shooting dropped off so terribly? The performance has been lackluster in most games lately, with the exception of a few. Is Zion and his fragility a cancer to this team and is Willie like an old home remedy that sounds good but doesn't really cure anything?
Definitely a head scratching situation in New Orleans.
