Thing about Stan that NBA guys will say is that “Summer Stan” is a real thing. If you sit with him in the off-season you will absolutely fall in love with his personality and he will be the smartest basketball mind in a room full of basketball minds. He will be the coolest and smartest guy in the room. Then the season starts and he’s a miserable frick. He just works a certain way that is hard to deal with. Or so I’ve heard. I’ve never met him so this is all secondhand. I’m so glad Willie is our coach.
