That was one of the more physical games I’ve seen in some time.
Could have called a foul pretty much every possession. A ton of grabbing and contact all game long. Not sure if the refs did a nice job mostly letting the teams play, or a terrible job of reigning it in.
The pelicans did not back down in anyway from it and that was great to see.

It seemed like after the 1st quarter, Rick Carlisle told his team to muck it up. It worked for a quarter until the Pels came out & matched the physicality in the 3rd.
