Our players are no where near as good as you think they are, aside from AD.

Wow.
Anyway, back to Gentry. I rarely post on this board. Just wanted to say that an average NBA coach would have this team in a VERY comfortable position. The fact that the Pels will be flirting with .500 all year is pathetic. Maybe Solo is the missing link, but I haven't seen anything to assume that Gentry will win due to a talent advantage.
Hopefully we can retain Cousins next year & rid ourselves of Gentry. There is at least hope in that scenario. A competent coach will win with this same roster next year...even with Rondo being a year older (that's assuming we re-sign him obviously).

They've sold out for immediate success, & the roster really isn't that bad. The problem is that we don't have a coach that can deliver it.
The Ajinca & Asik problems are a complete joke though.
