Getting account credit for season tickets from 2019/2020 canceled games out of my account

Hi guys,
For some reason I’m having trouble getting the credit the Pelicans gave season ticket holders for the canceled games out of my account. I left it in there, because I was planning on renewing my tickets but decided not to recently, and for some reason I can’t figure out how to get it out. Just wondering if anyone had success transferring the credit back to their bank account.
This on seatgeek by the way.
