I don’t expect them to fire him mid-season, but I hope he’s next on the chopping block.

All things considered, I can’t place the lion’s share of the blame on Gentry. I think he did a masterful job after Boogie was injured.
Also, it’s not like there are dozens of available “can’t miss” coaching candidates out there.
