I hope Pierre Jackson's stellar start truly signifies that his game can translate to the nba level as a spark plug off the bench...

@nbadleague: Arinze Onuaku may just be the most efficient, dominant big in our league. Watch him & Canton v. Ron Howard & FWN: LINK

Tweets like this make me nervous about the year Pierre is having...hard to know what really translates over

Expectations for Pierre should be a shorter, less savvy Brian Roberts, not Isaiah Thomas. If he could be good soon he'd be on the team so you'd at the very least develop a trade asset.

On the black and blue reports, Demps stated that the plan for him was always to gain seasoning for a year while they monitored his progress.

I think his ceiling is far closer to Thomas than Roberts.

I wonder what his value could land us in a trade after the d league season..

I didn't say ceiling, I said expectations. Sure if everything goes just right he could be better than Roberts, but he's on a team with a logjam of guards with a coach that places a premium on defense and ball protection.

Probably just a Juju/Belinelli, Brackins/Smith type of misfit part for misfit part trade.

No need to justify my misunderstanding of your post lol

On a team without assets it's nice to have something cooking in the background that might help net us a wing...

I think I may be still be able to come off the bench and be an 8/5/5 type player in the D league.
