I'm not sure if you can call the guitar in Baba O Riley a riff or not, but it is awesome.

Good call.

Stones - Bitch
This is my fav Stones song.

Alos love the mention of Diamond's Thank The Lord For The Night Time and the Carpenters Goodbye To Love. That solo is kick arse even if it is the Carpenters.

Not tecnically my favorite, but an awesome riff that is worth mentioning is The Cult's "Wildflower".

Wildflower was badass.
Lil' Devil was another.

If you've ever picked up a guitar: Deep Purple - Smoke On The Water
Chuck Berry - Johnny B. Goode
LZ - Heartbreaker, Black Dog (even better)

Seven Nation Army is a strong one. So simple, so simple, but damn it sounds good.

That was the one my wife went for.

When I think of Zep the first one that comes to mind as a strong riff is either Heartbreaker or Rock & Roll.

R&R probably has my favorite end to a song with Bonzo beating up the drums
