What’s the best value keyboard for a beginner to learn on?

I found a really nice Yamaha 61-key keyboard with stand and a ton of effects on craigslist for $50.

The keys are weighted which I guess are realistic to a piano.

I bought it for my daughter to encourage her to play music but she didn't, so I jumped on YouTube and was playing the piano parts to "One" by Three Dog Night and the organ parts to "I'm A Believer" and "Freebird" in no time.
