Dandy, your posting of several Spanish artists the other day made me realize how little I really have heard/listened to native Spanish artists. What are some others I should check out? I enjoy a wide range of genres, basically anything other than country or southern rock.

I created a youtube playlist I am adding these guys to so I can go back and look up more of their works.

What a beaut! These guys are incredible. They have that cheesy 80s feel to them like pretty much all artists from that period.

Amazing, they have 8 albums to check out.

Radio Futura may be the best of all time. It´s hard to find videos of them.

Duncan Dhu is another.
Jarabe De Palo, another.
Jarabe de Palo- La Flaca

Amaral is another group to check out

Estopa, a BIG band, but very Barcelonian type rumba
(not my cup of tea, but cannot be ignored)

Platero y Tu - El roce de tu cuerpo
Nice edge to it, yet still accessible.

So smooth. Has a nice goove to it. Might be my favorite so far.

Not sure they would make it into my rotation, but very entertaining. Estopa - Vino Tinto

When you posted "BIG" band, I mistakenly thought you were referring to something similar to Duke Ellington.

Have you seen any of these groups live?

Thanks for sharing these. Will certainly give me a solid place to start.
