What is the source behind this parody?

Imma guess since he's railing on people who use drum machines while rapping... hip hop artists?

"Nard" reminds me of Andy Bernard from "The Office," but I didn't see connection to the song or video.

But this all seems too easy, though, so I'm guessing there's more to your reason for posting this particular video than I can discern.
