What is the best/safest place to resell tickets?

So, I have Taylor Swift tickets for Houston in April that it looks like I can't use. What's the best site to move them where I am less likely to get ripped off or have someone make some claim that they didn't get them? Ticketmaster appears not to be an option, after the shite show that was the sale process and what not you can't click "sale tickets" on her shows.
