Hallowed Be Thy Name definitely. There are a lot of other songs to be considered. Where Eagles Dare is a special one for me because that's the first Maiden tune I heard and really got me into them.
One thing I enjoy too is seeing pro/knowledgeable people react to and analyze songs I love. Elizabeth Zaroff is a professional opera singer who's been doing a lot of metal/pro metal stuff on her channel and had a great first time reaction to HBTN: LINK
Another one I liked a lot when I worked back to the first 2 records (which wasn't really until many years later) is Remember Tomorrow. I wouldn't put it in a top 5 but I like the harmonic feel and the riff. And that 1st record is one of the all time great debuts.
