The Older I get, the more I like Old Music

Especially 70's and early 80's country. When I was a kid I hated that stuff, but hearing the shite they play on the radio today I just flip it to AM and rock out to Kenny Rogers, Alabama and Johnny Cash.
Am I a bad person for not appreciating this music when it was new?

No, but you're a bad music listener if you fall into a mindset of the old being better than the new. It's lazy. There is good music out there.

I hate country but if I had to listen to it I'd definitely do 70s/80s as opposed to 90s-current

On a phone so I can't quote, but you're making the same fallacy with country music as you mentioned in the previous post. There is plenty of good country music out there, you just have to look for it. Check out Jamey Johnson, Chris knight, American aquarium, and go from there. Some really good stuff out there.

You're probably right. I don't really love country music, so I don't seek it out like I do other music, so I don't know about non-mainstream stuff. Point taken.
