The best video of Cliff Burton’s stage presence is this one

For Whom The Bell Tolls live in Oakland 1985
It helped that the camera was right in front of him but it did show a good bit of James and a bit of Kirk as well. Cliff was certainly the focal point and the star of this piece of video though. What a beast he was here and really still a kid.
If there’s a better video of him anywhere out there I would sure love to see it. I doubt one exists.

Oh for sure. There are definitely other live videos of Metallica back then. But this is the most Cliff-centric live Metallica video there is. There’s no way another one tops this in that regard. Extremely close up as well obviously.
