Tc electronic flashback 4 problems

My delay pedal keeps flickering and turning on and off by itself. It won’t let me turn on any of the 3 preset switches. But it keeps randomly turning on and off (clicking sounds) when I’m not using it.
Any possible solution or ideas what to do with it.
