Serious question about Lil B. I guess I just don't get it

Is it supposed to be some sort of joke or something? Is it just something that smartass internet teenagers listen to because they think they're unique/cool?
I've given him a shot multiple times, but I just don't get it. He's not weird or a character like riff raff, so . . .

I wonder the same thing. I hope most of his fans are trolling, but there are so many of them it's just hard to tell.

No. I wouldn't even like it then. I mean, he obviously has skill based on his older songs, but it's like some inside joke I just don't get.

no i think it's a joke for the kids they think it's cute/funny and he was kinda the first internet youtube guy to do it, but i think it's over now, i doubt he has any money or made much.

It's what I suspected. Some sort of joke for kids to make internet memes to. However, it's almost hit mainstream, so I wonder if this is a new fad.
Right now you have riff raff and the based god. They're sort of a new genre of throwaway rap music; music you'll listen to and by the time you hear it all a new song will be out and you can throw that one away.
In other news, Joey Bada$$ released summer nights and I finally got to listen to it. I wasn't impressed, but he's not the genre I typically enjoy.

Dude is absolutely trash
First i heard him was on one of Waynes albums/tapes and he completely ruined a song. Literally you couldnt listen to it because he was on it.
But im sure there will be a couple "OMG LIL B IS AMAZINGFDFFE" guys here soon
