Yep, he's definitely one of the more unique guitarists out there and has a helluva resume.

There's a Bowie video where he's just signed on Belew for a tour. He's playing Stay, maybe Station to Station, and Bowie is grinning like a Cheshire cat, beholding Belew's Belewness.

Fripp worked with Bowie, Blondie, and a hell of a lot of other people. I believe he and Andy Summers cut a couple records just jamming in the studio, actually.

I've been getting really into Brian Eno as an artist and intellectual the last few months. I don't think I would have been prepared for ambient music and "anti-music" at any point in my life prior to now, but I've become much more interested in the artist POV of art itself lately.

Here Come the Warm Jets is a legitimately great album.
