This is where they went the night before 2011's show to see David Mayfield. The next night they wore his t-shirts and mentioned it in the narration for Forbins and Icculus.

Obviously Phish is not a band known for sit-ins.. usually the only sit-ins that happen are horns on NYE or Halloween. So, I was thinkin.. what could they play in Charlotte tomorrow with Warren sitting in? Jesus Just Left Chicago? maybe.. Funky Bitch? maybe.. WHIPPING POST?? … well guess what… the last whipping post was 15 years ago from tomorrow, to the exact day (7.25.99)
Just a little speculation. Needless to say, I am excited for tomorrow.. first show of the tour. Some like to say “never miss a sunday show” .. well I like to say “NEVER MISS A CHARLOTTE SHOW”
