PBS American Masters: Loretta Lynn

If you're a fan of Loretta Lynn or the story it's worth the effort to find on your local PBS station.

I taped and watched it and there's tons of old videos, interviews with people that were there (Willie Nelson, Bill Anderson, Charlie Dick, Loretta's kids, etc) that add layers to the story that the movie didn't have time to tell. The toll the stardom took on her children and singers in general.

Lots of spillover like how Willie got the song "Crazy" to Patsy Cline, etc. Cameos by Sissy Spacek, Garth Brooks, Sheryl Crow, Melinda Lammert, etc.

It's a great two hour documentary. If you love classic country check your local program listings.
