I am pretty puzzled by the mediocre reviews this is getting. It is definitely among my favorite albums of the year and sounds as good as The Wild Hunt to me. Anyone else enjoying it or disappointed by it?
ETA: if you like Bob Dylan and have never listened to the TMOE, I beg you give him a chance.

I'm late getting around to this guy. Saw him at an outdoor fest in dowtown Tulsa this spring. Definitely like what I've heard so far.

I completely agree with you. I love this album, possibly more than The Wild Hunt. He seems to get better with each album.

It's a great record. As good, if not better than his previous two, IMO.
