Neko Case has a new Album: Hell-On

Haven't really been into her much. Decided to give this one a listen. I think it's pretty damn amazing.
Three tracks that stand out on first listen:
"Hell-On"
"Last Lion of Albion"
"Bad Luck"

Love her work in the New Pornographers, but never really listened to her solo stuff, I guess I should.

Yeah, a couple of years ago I really got into her earlier stuff as Neko Case and Her Boyfriends. The Virginian and Furnace Room Lullaby. It's somewhat alt country with her punk roots showing through at times. A little rough around the edges but fun stuff and I still listen to it at times.
Fox Confessor Brings the Flood is a lot more polished and has several great songs on it (John Saw That Number, Maybe Sparrow in particular).
Middle Cyclone really didn't work for me and I moved on to other bands but maybe I'll give Hell-On a try.
I really enjoy this video of her doing "Mood to Burn Bridges" off of Furnace Room Lullaby:
