Maybe You Can Help

During the height of the pandemic a musical show was put on locally and it featured singer/songwriters from across Louisiana. They would be featured from self-produced videos and their names and locations were revealed. I really don't remember what channel it was aired on but would really like to know the name of a certain songwriter who resides somewhere near New Orleans, maybe in Mandeville, etc. He's had songs recorded by some big time artists in Nashville.
