I really think the South Park creators comedy music group deserves more credit. They have some great (and hilarious) songs that capture and paraody some of the best genres and nail it on the head.

Trey and Matt are so talented, they even have spot on music parodies that IMO if they weren't parodies would catch in the mainstream from a song production perspective.

How could you forget What Would Brian Boitano Do?

I'm pretty sure it's been stuck in my head more times than any other song.

WWBBD could be their greatest. The turn around "for Wendy ill be an activist too cause that's what Brian boitano'd do" chord progression back into the verse is spot on.

Their musical parody talent is on par with Weird Al - and considering that isn't even the thing they're best at - that's pretty good.

Now, could they have made a living with music? Probably not. Do they have more musical talent and sensibility than a lot of working musicians? I think so.

I get the Bullying song stuck at least once a week since I heard it.

You can tell Trey Parker was originally a music major

Didn't really consider south park songs as DVDA but I guess they are too technically.
