Do any of you support any bands on Patreon or IndieGoGo?
I've given $50 a couple times to a roots/Americana band from Vermont--Low Lily. They've sent me autographed posters, CD's, guitar picks, etc. Very talented, but just lacking that break they need. They could also use some better songwriting. And they will probably never make it down here, so I'll probably never see them live.
Fun Fact: Patreon was started or co-founded by the husband of Nataly Dawn. They have a band called Pomplamoose that has a pretty large Youtube following. Look them up. You may recognize them from some Hyundai Christmas commercials several years ago.
So do you guys support any local bands, or national bands with only a Youtube following?
