I need help identifying a song.

It's stuck in my head, and I can't figure out what it is, and google results have been fruitless. The chorus goes "oh we oh we oh we oh oh oh oh oh." It's a song from the early 90's, possibly the late 80's. It seems like a skating rink jam. Probably a one hit wonder.
