HBO's George Harrison: Living in the Material World

Ever since I saw this George Harrison has become my definite favorite for best Beatle.
I HIGHLY recommend watching it. Shows the side of George Harrison many dont know, since McCartney and Lennon have over shadowed him.

A true renaissance man. I watch it pretty much every time it comes on. When they tell the story of when he was stabbed it was horrifying.

but according to this board the beatles suck and are overrated. I've seen this a couple times and its fantastic. recommend it to any beatles fan

Pound for pound its hard to argue with the tracks he put out."Something" "While my guitar gently weeps" are considered some of their best work. But "Love you too" and "I want to tell you" are two of my favorites from Revolver. Blue Jay Way is top 2 or 3 from MMT. "Long, Long, Long" from White Album was brilliant. "I, Me, Mine" and "For you blue or top 2 or 3 tracks from Let it Be.
As for their post Beatle stuff. I go back and forth between Imagine, Plastic Ono, McCartney and Band on the Run. But if I had to choose it probably would be All things must pass.
