Fearless (Taylor's Version)- Taylor Swift's re-recording of her 2008 album

Got around to listening to the album today. I wanted to get this board's opinion of this. Here's a few scattered thoughts I have:
1. I'm pretty middle-of-the-road towards Taylor Swift as an artist generally. However, this re-recording of Fearless was a pleasant surprise and a very sentimental listen. The production overall really made everything sound crisp, self-restrained, and better overall without any dumb over-produced additions.
2. If you are gonna release an album out of spite; doing to an ex-label is much more enjoyable than doing it towards an ex-lover.
3. A few songs written in 2008, but were never recorded are in this and some of them are fantastic. I'm especially liking "Mr. Perfectly Fine". It's sounds like something straight out of the late 2000's and I mean that as a warm compliment.
4. Most of this album's value, at least to me, is just a nostalgia-festival. Frankly it was a fun listen wearing rose-colored headphones. If you didn't care for the material from Fearless in 2008, this rework won't do anything for you.
5. I despise the current Soundcloud/EDM pop music dystopia. Whatever you think of TS's music in the late 2000's, I think this album was a refreshing and stark contrast to the xanax-induced nightmare of pop music now.

no opinion on her music I couldn’t hum one of her tunes at gunpoint.
however, re recording her back catalogue to regain her publishing rights is a boss move
