I've recently been dusting off some of his old work, and I think the one I love most is The Boatman's Call. What say you?
Honestly though, his film score collaborations with Dirty Three & Bad Seed Warren Ellis is some of the greatest stuff ever, but I'll keep my selection to his non-film work. FYI, he is reissuing just about all of his old work on vinyl. Much has already been released, and more to follow in 2015.
