Ian wrote that song, he also wrote Four Strong Winds, that Neil Young did, and many more. He has some very cool stories on youtube. There's a good interview by Jerry Jeff Walker, where he tells about how he started learning to play guitar, and another about, getting Bob Dylan started smoking weed. He says he doesn't remember that, but that's what Bob Dylan's old girlfriend said.
