Mack Banks - “Be-Boppin’ Daddy” (1956)
Released on FAME records in Houston... Mississippi (yes, there is such a place)
Seeing FAME and that region of course I immediately thought Rick Hall, and Google AI told me the legendary FAME studio started there then moved to Muscle Shoals. Turns out that was wrong (thanks Goog) and this FAME was connected to a tiny local radio station.
Mack does a variant on Elvis' "Baby Let's Play House" stutter:

Hank Mizell was an American singer, guitarist and songwriter. He is best-remembered for his rockabilly single "Jungle Rock" (1958), which was obscure on its original release but reached number 3 in the UK Singles Chart in 1976. In the Netherlands, it made it to number 1.

When the record was played on BBC TV's flagship pop music show Top of the Pops in April 1976, host Tony Blackburn announced they could not find Mizell, and so the dance group Pan's People dressed in khaki blouses, shorts and pith helmets, danced along to the record

'Town & Country Time' w/Jimmy Dean was a syndicated country music show produced in Washington DC 1954-7. Here 21 yr old Roy Clark plays "Flint Hill Special" on banjo.

In 1958 Carl tried for some of that teenage money w/a rockabilly version, but it doesn't really work. It does feature guitar by Hank Garland
