1963 - very late for rockabilly.
But this is the bomb.

In 1967 CW still had a touch of rockabilly honky tonk in his soul.
Soon it would all be MOR crooning.

Conway Twitty “Working Girl” Live on TV 1967
‘So you don’t think Conway Twitty was a badass? Check out this clip from early in Conway’s country career, around 1967, from the PW show. This band cooks! John Hughey’s super funky pedal steel licks, the tight as hell rhythm section (check out the drummer’s wild stick moves in the solo!), and Conway in his prime–super confident, singing great, cool greasy hair (pre-perm wave), black suit, black telecaster. BAD arse! I’m not sure if PW interrupts Conway because the song is too long or because they freaked out on the song about a “working girl.” (back in those days, that meant a prostitute, which is a pretty heavy thing to be singing about on a family show like PW’s)…. R.I.P. Conway!’

Lattie Moore was from Scottsville, Kentucky. He worked on shows with cowboy movie star Lash LaRue. When he recorded for King Records he got the great Zeke Turner to play guitar with him. His most notable success came with the 196O single “Here I Am Drunk Again,“ later covered by Moe Bandy.

Since we don't have a "There was a Country cover of THAT???" thread, this will have to here:
