Cher, Queen of Auto-Tune

Is there any other artist who pioneered Auto-Tune more than Cher? I think it’s laughable how blatant her use of Auto-Tune is, that it covers up the fact that she is not a good singer. Not trying to hate on Cher, but being that they play several of her songs on a daily basis at my work, it just starts to get on one’s nerves hearing a 70 plus something woman sounding like a robot while she “sings”.
