Sort of agree. They were well written songs are some were very melodic, but it could have been better produced and the songs lacked punch. A bit too mellow, I guess. That's why he came up with "Songs in the Attic" album, to showcase the intended sound of what the songs were supposed to have been recorded in the studio.

Not necessarily my favorite but right now I’m finding pronounced and second helping to maybe be the best two opening records ever. Very strong
