Bayou Country Superfest - Club Seating Question

Are the club seats worth the price? I have never sat in these before, even for a football game. Thinking about surprising the wife.

I bought the stadium club tickets for George Strait and I thought it was worth it. I'd do it that way again.

I had them one year. Only went 1 day and I think it was around 200 maybe a little less. You have access to air conditioning, shade, and a more comfortable seat.

I'm thinking it will be worth it especially at the end of May in the sweltering heat. Or if it rains then from what I understand it is covered area outside also? Anyone know?
